RICS Home Surveys


 

Our RICS Chartered Surveyors undertake the following surveys in line with the latest RICS Home Survey Standards:


  • The RICS Home Survey Level 1 - It provides a concise description of the property clearly showing what aspects of the property may need attention. A physical inspection of the property and a report based on the inspection.


During the survey our Chartered Surveyor aims to:

• Describe the part or element in enough detail so that it can be properly identified.

• Provide a clear and concise expression of the surveyor’s professional assessment of each part or element.

• Describe the condition of the part or element that justifies the surveyor’s assessment and

• Help you gain an objective view of the condition of the property.


The RICS Home Survey Level 1 does not provide reinstatement costs or additional diagnosis of defects or offer advice for remedying defects.


  • The RICS Home Survey Level 2 - Is the leading property survey report and it gives a detailed and comprehensive property review. It provides a clear assessment of the property indicating what actions may need to be taken. A physical inspection of the property and a report based on the inspection.


The Level 2 survey can also include a valuation if required.

 

RICS Valuations



 Our RICS Registered Valuers undertake valuations using the RICS Red Book and produce valuation reports in line with RICS best practice.


We undertake valuations on a range commercial and residential properties and also land and developments for a number of purposes.


We offer in person valuations or desktop valuations

With our desktop valuation service, you could have your valuation report with 48hours.
