Our assisted sale model is beneficial to sellers who need to maximise their property value but may not have the resources to achieve this. We take control of your property outgoings and agree to sell your property on your behalf.

To maximise the property value our team of project managers, builders, interior designer and staging specialists will work collaboratively to design, refurbish/develop and stage the property creating a high-end finish. All of which requires no initial outlay from our clients. We then work with our sales team to sell the property for the highest possible price. 

Lease Option Agreement

This option is perfect for property and landowners who may be struggling to sell due to negative equity etc, can't afford the overheads of their property/land or those who plan to sell in the future.

This option allows a future sale price to be agreed whilst in the interim we manage and maintain the property whilst providing the owner with a guaranteed monthly cashflow.
